Weiland Legal Services provides legal services to both Buyers and Sellers of real estate in the central Wisconsin area. We provide closing services to Buyers of property and develop the necessary documents for Sellers of property.

In 1997, Weiland Legal Services became a title insurance agency for Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG). ATG is owned and operated by lawyer-members who issue land title insurance as part of their law practice. This gives ATG, and hence Weiland Legal Services, a competitive advantage which is passed on as measurable savings to our real estate clients.
