Real Estate and Land Title Insurance
Weiland Legal Services provides legal services to both Buyers and Sellers of real estate in the central Wisconsin area. We provide closing services to Buyers of property and develop the necessary documents for Sellers of property.
As a result of our association with Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG), we are able to offer both legal services and land title insurance at competitive rates for your real estate transactions.
Bankruptcy
We provide legal services to clients who have a need to file either Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. During the entire process, which is typically 4 months in duration, clients are assured that Attorney William Weiland will be personally involved in every aspect of their bankruptcy.
