About the Firm

Weiland Legal Services was established by William G. Weiland in 1996. After graduating in 1985 from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Mr. Weiland spent the next 10 years in general counsel roles throughout Wisconsin, gaining considerable experience and bulding a distinguished reputation.

In 1996, Attorney Weiland decided to return to his roots in Wisconsin Rapids to open his own practice dedicated to supplying the central Wisconsin area with friendly and competent legal services.

Our Services

Weiland Legal Services performs services in a variety of practice areas, with our main emphasis in the areas of Real Estate / Land Title Insurance and Bankruptcy Law.

One year after we established Weiland Legal Services, we became a title insurance agency for Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG). This affiliation enabled us to provide our real estate clients with added title insurance services at measurable cost savings.
